Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge.
Travel or service-related fees may be added to billing when applicable.
Pricing may be hourly, flat-rate, or job-based depending on the service.
Final pricing will be discussed and approved before work begins whenever possible.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request reasonable notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge.

Emergency or same-day services are subject to availability.

Warranty

Hank’s Handyman Services offers a one (1) year warranty on workmanship unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
Materials supplied by the customer
Pre-existing conditions or issues beyond the scope of the original work

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information regarding the job
Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area
Securing pets, valuables, and personal property during service

Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

Limitations of Liability

Hank’s Handyman Services is not responsible for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control
Issues arising from hidden or pre-existing conditions

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
